Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The length of the limited warranty for the product you have purchased can be found on the product packaging. If you have additional questions about the length of your warranty you may contact BENEVO’s custermer service team via email at support@benevo.com.tw, or via your local purchasing store.
  • BENEVO warrants our products against defects in material and workmanship for the length of the warranty period which begins to run on the documented date of purchase. If this product proves to be defective within the warranty period, contact BENEVO's customer service department for information on how to have your product repaired or replaced. BENEVO will not issue a monetary refund for the product.
  • When returning the product, you must ship the product in its original packaging or in packaging that provides an equivalent degree of protection for the product during shipment. Place your proof of purchase inside the packaging and clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package. BENEVO or local distributor will provide you with the RMA number, but you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product to BENEVO or local distributor. Return requests that do not contain a proof of purchase or customer registration form, such as a store receipt or BENEVO's replied registration form, will not be processed.
  • Removal or alteration of the factory-supplied serial number invalidates this warranty.
  • This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage. This warranty does NOT cover damage due to: acts of God; accident; misuse; abuse; neglect; modification; improper operation; improper maintenance; lack of maintenance; connection to improper equipment; or repairs conducted by a party other than BENEVO. This warranty does NOT cover products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS.
  • This warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. The return of a defective product will be handled by agents in the country in which the product was purchased.
  • If the product was damaged over the warranty terms, it might cause repair or processing fees.
  • When you are returning product for service, please remark your delivery information, includes contact person, address, and phone number, so our customer representative can contact you.
  • EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SPECIFICALLY EXPRESSED IN THIS AGREEMENT, BENEVO DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND/OR INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION BY AN APPLICABLE LAW. THE TERM OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT. BENEVO’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT PLUS ANY INTEREST ALLOWED BY LAW IF AN APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST. BENEVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND HOWEVER ALLEGED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE DAMAGES WHICH AN APPLICABLE LAW RENDERS INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
