Q: How many pages can be store in the reveiver unit of mobile digital pen, and how long you can use it during mobile mode?

A: The receiver unit can store up to 199 pages with maximum range of A4 size. If each page is full of text writing, you can store up to 50 to 80 pages. Receiver unit can last about 8 to 10 hours, it might varies according to personal habits.

Q: What's the differences between BPEN201 & BPEN201F?

A: The machine (receiver and pen) are the same, the "F" for BPEN201F refers to the Full version of text recognition software, provides advanced text recognition training abilities, after training, it can increase the accracy of text recognition.

Q: The receiver does not respont, how to do?

A: The receiver built-in signal protection, so when the receiver detects surges or abnormal signal, the receiver will automatically activate the protection circuit. If it happened, you just need to take a pointed object (like a paperclip or a tip) into the reset hole on the back of the receiver, then the receiver can restart.

Q: How to use the PS/2 KVM Switch to operate notebook?

A: If you are using UltraKVM PS/2 series KVM Switch, you can purchase our USB KVM cable - BCK1518PUC, connect HD15 end to KVM Switch and the other ends to notebook's VGA and USB port. BCK1518PUC has built-in signal converswion chip, so you can use PS/2 KVM to control USB and VGA based notebook or PC.

Q: When usinge some old KVM Switch in the market, the video screen can not display or displays to a vary low resolution while the computer boots up in the unselected port. Does BENEVO KVM have the same kind of problem?

A: BENEVO has built-in smart video display circuit, the KVM Switch will detect monitor's DDC2B data and have the signal ready for all PCs, it will ensure every computer can always detect detect correct DDC2B signals and maintain correct display and resolution.

Q: Can I use multi-function keyboard and mice?

A: You can use multi-function keyboard and mice in our USB2.0 KVM Switch - BKVM12UA, BKDM102UA, BKHM102UA, and BKVM102DV.

Q: Can I use Wireless Keyboard Mice Combo with single receiver: In addition, can I connect other USB peripherals or bluetooth dongle?

A: You can use the wireless keyboard and mouse set with one receiver, and our USB2.0 series KVM can support USB2.0/USB1.1 peripherals including Blurtooth dongle.

Q: How many layer of video splitters can be cascaded, and what's the distance supported.

A: In general, the splitter can be cascaded up to three layers with maximum distance of 65 meters. But inpractical use, we will suggest to use up to 30 meters and use Cat5 VGA extender for longer extension, it will provide better resolution and more cost effective. Q: How to make a Cat5 cable for VGA extender?

A: For best VGA display resolution and quality, please use Cat5-e (Enhanced) STP (shielded twisted pair) cable with 350MHz bandwidth. The connections to the RJ-45 plugs must be made to the EIA 568B standard. The EIA/TIA 568B definitions of pin assignment are: (1)orange/white, (2)orange, (3)green/white, (4)blue, (5)blue/white, (6)green, (7)brown/white, and (8)brown.

Q: Can extender extents through a network HUB?

A: No, the Video extender's transmittion is different from network.

Q: What's the supported meeting room scale for projector sharing system?

A: This part depends on the actual planning, we have short and long distance solutions to meet the need of different environments. Please provide more specific information, so we can help you to find proper products.

Q: Any difference between hardware-based and software-based PC training system?
